Hassle-Free Returns
At Innovative Shop Solutions, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ll help make the process simple and fair.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Products must be:
- unused,
- in original packaging,
- and in resalable condition.
All returns require prior authorization. To start a return, please email orders@innovativeshopsolutions.com or call us at +1 888-388-5423 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped by us.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply on standard returns, at our discretion.
Exchanges
We are happy to process exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. Products must be in new, unused condition and returned with all original packaging.
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we will replace it promptly at no charge, including shipping.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days. Keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement.
Warranty Claims
Most of our products include a strong warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue beyond the standard return period, please contact our service department for warranty support.
Innovative's Lifetime Limited Warranty
Innovative’s Carts, Wall Storage, Mobile Storage, and Adjustable Utility Stand are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime. The company will repair, replace or make appropriate adjustments where Innovative’s inspection discloses defects occurring in normal usage.
All products must be installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended procedures and guidelines. Improper use or installation could void this warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse.

Pack your item securely and include your RA number inside the box.
Ship to the address we provide with your RA confirmation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or ship your replacement within 5–10 business days.
